SHIHAO’s robotic automatic loading and unloading test line is designed for large-format TFT and glass product inspection. It integrates CST and Tray handling, six-axis robotic transfer, precision alignment, product rotation and automatic loading for two D33 testing machines.
The system supports product sizes from 210 × 195 mm to 750 × 650 mm, with ±0.1 mm alignment accuracy and ±90° or 180° rotation. It also provides CST and TFT ID reading, missing-material detection, full testing and sampling modes, TCP/IP and SECS communication, Class 100 cleanliness, ESD protection and safety light curtains.
The cycle time is no more than 1 minute per product, with a production capacity of at least 57 pieces per hour and robotic handling accuracy within ±0.5 mm.
Supports CST and individual Tray loading and unloading, with MGV or AGV material delivery for different production and sampling requirements.
A six-axis robot, precision alignment platform and product rotation system ensure stable handling, with alignment accuracy up to ±0.1 mm.
